How In-FE started
One business in 2023. A network in 2026.
Before March 2026, this was one client and one website. The network came after.
In September 2023 I began running SEO and content strategy for Yarisbilimi. That was the entire operation: one business, one website, and three years of compounding work.
In March 2026, after the Diamond Challenge, that work became In-FE: an economic development initiative that expands digital access for small businesses. The same method now runs across hundreds of sites for owners who had no web presence at all.
The network has its own Google Analytics property, so the numbers below are measured rather than estimated.
